A Bill to Bar MichaeICalabrese from Redwood Government
Preamble
Whereas, former Assistant Chief of Police MichaeICalabrese has betrayed the public trust, resigned midway through his impeachment in an attempt to circumvent it, and has exhibited behavior unworthy of holding public office within the City of Redwood.
Be it enacted by the City of Redwood City Council that:
Section 1A
MichaeICalabrese shall be defined as: MichaeICalabrese - Roblox
Section 1B
Upon passage of this bar, MichaeICalabrese shall be barred from holding any office or position within the City of Redwood.
Section 2
The evidence to support this bar shall be the following:
Exhibit A: MichaeICalabrese Resignation - Resigning before Impeachment Vote
Exhibit B: Impeachment of Assistant Chief MichaeICalabrese
Section 3
This bill shall be enforced by the Redwood City Attorney’s Office, Redwood Mayor, and Redwood Deputy Mayor.
Section 4
This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the City Charter.
