A BILL TO EMPOWER THE NATIONAL GUARD AND PROTECT GREENDALE

         Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Congress here assembled,

§ 1. TITLE

    (a) This Act shall be known as the “A Bill to Empower the National Guard and Protect Greendale”.

§ 2. ENACTMENT INTO LAW

    (a) This Act shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

§ 3. SEVERABILITY

    (a) Should any part of this Legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§ 4. DEFINITIONS

    (a) For the purposes of this Bill, the ‘National Guard Act of 2022’, shall be defined as: https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/t/national-guard-act-of-2022/22640

    (b) For the purposes of this Bill, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: Trello

§ 5. AMENDMENTS

   (a) Section 8 of the National Guart Act of 2022 shall be amended.

       (i) Section 8 subsection a of the National Guard Act of 2022 currently states: “(a) Within Stapleton County, the jurisdiction of the Firestone National Guard shall be the areas shaded red in this and this image.”

       (ii) Section 8 subsection a of the National Guard Act of 2022 shall now state: “(a) Within Stapleton County, the jurisdiction of the Firestone National Guard shall be the areas shaded red in this image.”

   (b) Chapter 3 Section 8 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

       (i) Chapter 3 Section 8 subsection b2 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b2) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot or entering into any body of water in the areas marked in yellow in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard or Coast Guard.”

       (i) Chapter 3 Section 8 subsection b2 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall now state: “(b2) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot or entering into any body of water in the areas marked in yellow in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard or Coast Guard.”

   (c) Chapter 3 Section 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

       (i) Chapter 3 Section 9 Subsection 3 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b3) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

       (ii) Chapter 3 Section 9 Subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall now state: “(b3) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

       (iii) Chapter 3 Section 9 Subsection b20 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b20) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

       (iv) Chapter 3 Section 9 Subsection b20 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall now state: “(b20) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”
