BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY OF ARBORFIELD COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1 – Repeal and Replacement
This legislation hereby repeals the existing law titled
“A Bill to Help Legislative Safety”, which shall be defined as: A Bill to Help Legislative Security · Issue #3 · swedishvic/fs · GitHub. It is replaced in full with the provisions outlined below. Upon passage, this document shall be legally empowered and binding, following the process set out by the City Charter.
SECTION 2 – Severability
Should any part of this document be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed, with the remainder remaining in full force and effect unless the entire act is struck down.
SECTION 3 – Legislative Proposal Requirements
All proposed legislation must be submitted with the following linked on its assigned Trello card:

This section removes the previous requirement to include a GitHub link, as stated in the original bill.
SECTION 4 – Enforcement of Submission Standards
Any legislation proposed that does not meet the requirements of Section 3 shall not be considered a valid proposal until those requirements are met.
