Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This bill may be known as “An Act to fix the Employment Act of 2026”.
SEC. 2. EFFECTIVENESS
This Act shall be effective immediately.
SEC. 3. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Act be struck down or declared unenforceable, then that part of the Act shall be considered severed from this Act, and the rest shall remain in full force.
SEC. 4. AMENDMENTS
(a) Section 6(b) of the Employment Act of 2026 currently states:
“An individual may hold no more than 2 supervisory positions in any agency of the State of Firestone or its inferior governments.”
(b) Section 6(b) of the Employment Act of 2026 shall be amended to state:
“An individual may hold no more than 2 supervisory positions in any agency of the State of Firestone or its inferior governments. Supervisory positions in the following departments do not count towards the limit:”
(c) Subsections (i-ix) of Section 6(b) of the Employment Act of 2026 do not exist yet, but shall be created and state:
(i) The Firestone National Guard;
(ii) Firestone Peace Officer Standards and Training;
(iii) Firestone Fire Academy;
(iv) Firestone Department of Health;
(v) Firestone Department of State;
(vi) Firestone Department of Commerce;
(vii) Firestone Aviation Administration;
(viii) Firestone Department of Justice; and
(ix) Firestone Department of Public Safety.
