An Act to Punish Nail Board Hooligans


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SEC. 1. EFFECTIVENESS

This Act shall be effective upon completion of the constitutionally required process.

SEC. 2. SEVERABILITY

Should any part of this Act be struck down or declared unenforceable, then that part of the Act shall be considered severed from this Act, and the rest shall remain in full force.

SEC. 3. CRIMINAL CONDUCT

(a) Chapter 3, §13 of the Firestone Criminal Code does not yet exist, but shall be created and titled “§13 - Possessing a Nail Board”.

  (1) Chapter 3, §13 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state:

“(a) The act of possessing a nail board shall be recognized as a criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(b) Possessing a nail board shall be the act of possessing a tool consisting of a board with nails or other spiked elements with the capability of damaging/popping vehicle tires.
(b1) It shall not include spike strips provided to law enforcement officers defined by state law.”

(b) Chapter 3, §13 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be classified as a Class B misdemeanor, with a jail time value of 240 seconds and a citation value of $350.
