For too long, we’ve been led by an administration and a County Executive that lacks basic comprehension of being able to properly execute, and take advantage of the opportunity given to him. The county’s potential has been shelved by this County Executive, and I plan to restore it to its glory, as County Executive Frost had, and Legaalsp before him.
The time of the “do-nothing but hold the title” is coming to an end.
Hello, I’m Coolguyperfect12, and I’m running for County Executive, to restore what has been lost. We don’t need more excuses, the people are tired of inactivity. We need an accountable and professional government that shows up, works hard, and has genuine enjoyment to be a part of this community. I am a person who has been in the government, learning and understanding the meaning of governance

To achieve these goals, I am making a few promises to you the people:
An Active and Accountable County Government: If elected, I would impose a “No excuses” policy, which is a strict but reasonable policy that would help shape overall activity within the County Executives office —if there’s a problem, we fix it, period. There is no more slowdragging.
Genuine Collaboration with Municipal Governments: Over the past couple of months, with the utmost respect, the county has acted as if he was an uninhabited island, waiting for someone to claim him and develop said island. Development starts day one of being elected. I plan to work with our mayors, their deputies, and hold monthly meetings with those mayors to have open forums. By having this collaboration, we can tackle bigger issues that face the County, and its Municipalities.
Respect, and end to Executive Overreach: With not calling out any former County Executives, or the incumbent. I am a firm believer that the County Executive’s job is to manage and to advise, not to micromanage and overstep when it’s not needed. As County Executive, I will try to interfere with the Sheriff’s Office as little as possible unless needed to. The sheriff, and the department’s deputies know how to keep us safe better than a politician (myself) does. On the first day of my administration, the only action that I’ll take in terms of the Sheriff’s office, is reaffirm my support, and unwavering commitment to departmental cooperation.
Bringing the Fun: The county should be a place where members of the Firestone Community can engage, and otherwise have “fun” in. As County Executive, I pledge that we are going to host an abundance of county events to bring activity to the County —including the inaugural ‘County Drunk Race’ (safely on foot and with the supervision of local authorities of course). Whether it’s a festival, race, or community barbecue, we’re going to make the county more active than it was the day prior.
On election day, vote for a County Executive who has a real understanding of the job. Vote for a government that works with you and for you. Vote Coolguy for County Executive.
