A HOUSE RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH AN IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY INTO THE FIRESTONE FIREARMS COMMISSION
Be it enacted by the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone,
§1. TITLE
- This resolution shall be known as "FIRESTONE FIREARMS COMMISSION INQUIRY RESOLUTION” and may be cited as such.
§2. DEFINITIONS

The Firestone Firearms Commission shall be defined here.

§3. PURPOSE
- This internal resolution seeks to establish an impeachment inquiry into FinleyFraser12345, L_3ee, and Enderzxq as the primary reviewers of applications submitted to the Firestone Firearms Commission. Such applications are subjected to chronic and unreasonable delays that burden applicants, resulting in a chilling effect on citizens aspiring to pursue lawful firearm ownership within the State of Firestone who do not wish to face such delays and bureaucratic hardship.
§4. INQUIRY RULES AND ESTABLISHMENT

As defined in the Congressional Committees Act;

The Chairman of this impeachment inquiry will be Speaker Pro Tempore StealthSniper292, with four (4) additional members being appointed by the Chairman from the House of Representatives.

This impeachment inquiry committee shall be established to investigate chronic and crippling delays within the Firestone Firearms Commission’s application review and approval process, as outlined in §3, and is exemplified in Examples A-D, showing application approval taking 25-69 days, and contrasted by Example F that shows an application being approved in 48 minutes.
- §3 shall not be misconstrued to limit or otherwise restrain the committee’s authority to investigate the Firestone Firearm’s Commission, its staff, and associated individuals relevant to the commission and investigation thereof.

This committee shall operate until its purpose, as stated in §3, is completed, or until the committee is dissolved by a majority vote of the committee itself and/or the greater House chamber.

This committee shall maintain the lawful capacity to issue subpoenas as it pertains to the execution of the committee’s purpose in §3 as ordained in Sec 6 of the Congressional Committees Act and Article I, Section IV, Subsection IX of the Firestone Constitution.

The Chairman shall be responsible for establishing and enforcing committee rules and regulations.
§8. ENFORCEMENT
- This resolution shall be enforced by all relevant parties.
§9. SEVERABILITY
- Should any part of this resolution be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, the rest of the resolution will remain in effect unless also struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
