Preamble: To fix some slight issues with the High Speeds Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
(a) This bill may be known as “Higher Speeds Correction Act”.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVENESS
(a) This Act shall be effective immediately.
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down or declared unenforceable, then that part of the Act shall be considered severed from this Act, and the rest shall remain in full force.
SECTION 4. DEFINITIONS
(a) The “Firestone Traffic Revision Act” shall be defined as this
SECTION 5. SPEED AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 1, Section 14, Subsection 6 of the Firestone Traffic Revision Act shall be created and state:
“If a vehicle speeds at a speed value not equaling a multiple of 10, the speeding value shall be rounded to the nearest 10.”
(b) Chapter 1, Section 14, Subsections 4(a,b and c) of the Firestone Traffic Revision Act shall be nullified.
(c) Chapter 1, Section 14, Subsection 4(d) of the Firestone Traffic Revision Act shall be renumbered as Chapter 1, Section 14, Subsection 4(a).
(d) Chapter 1, Section 14, Subsection 4(e) of the Firestone Traffic Revision Act shall be renumbered as Chapter 1, Section 14, Subsection 4(b).
