Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE

(a) This bill may be known as “Public Works Criminal Rehabilitation Coordination Act”.

SECTION 2. EFFECTIVENESS

(a) This Act shall be effective immediately.

SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down or declared unenforceable, then that part of the Act shall be considered severed from this Act, and the rest shall remain in full force.

SECTION 4. DEFINITIONS

(a) The “CR Act” shall be defined as this.

SECTION 5. AMENDMENTS

(a) Section 1, Subsection b(2) of the CR Act currently states:

"The Board shall furthermore be composed of the Governor, the Department of Public Safety Secretary, the Peace Officer Standards and Training Director, and any other persons appointed by the Attorney General and confirmed by the Senate through a simple majority vote.

(b) Section 1, Subsection b(2) of the CR Act shall be amended to state:

“The Board shall furthermore be composed of the Governor, the Department of Public Safety Secretary, the Peace Officer Standards and Training Director, the Department of Public Works Secretary, a person appointed by the Department of Public Works Secretary who shall be required to be an employee of the Department of Public Works at all time while on the board, and any other persons appointed by the Attorney General and confirmed by the Senate through a simple majority vote.”
