THE FREEDOM ACT (2)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. TITLE

  1. This act shall be known as "The Freedom Act (2)” and may be cited as such.

§2. DEFINITIONS

  1. The Bar Review Committee Database shall be defined here.
  2. iiVortex_RBLX shall be defined here.
  3. An Act to Bar iiVortex_RBLX Because Shenanigans Transpired shall be defined here.

§3. PURPOSE

  1. This act seeks to recognize the severe punishment that iiVortex_RBLX has faced, being barred from serving in public office within the State of Firestone for almost 2.5 years since being barred on November 22, 2023, and to repeal his bar and allow a re-entry into public service, should iiVortex_RBLX desire.

  2. Despite this bar being brought up for review in October of 2025, it was subsequently denied in an unfair manner.

  3. Bars for individuals with varying severity of crimes, such as corruption, bribery, toxicity, and other criminal acts, were removed. Every individual whose bar was subsequently lost has seen it repealed, except for iiVortex_RBLX.

§4. REPEALMENT

  1. An Act to Bar iiVortex_RBLX Because Shenanigans Transpired shall be repealed.

§5. ENFORCEMENT

  1. This Act shall be enforced by all relevant parties.

§6. SEVERABILITY

  1. Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, the rest of the act will remain in effect unless also struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
