THE PROTECTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLES (PLEV) ACT
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. TITLE
- This act shall be known as "The Protection of Law Enforcement Vehicles Act (PLEV Act)” and may be cited as such.
§2. DEFINITIONS
- The Firestone Criminal Code (FCC) shall refer to here.
§3. PURPOSE
§4. CRIMINAL CODE AMENDMENT
- FCC 3 §6 Subsection a2 shall be created and state, “The act of Grand Theft, classified as a class C felony punishable by 400-500 seconds of incarceration, shall have an enhancement applied when the grand theft is of a law enforcement vehicle, constituting it as a class B felony punishable by 600-750 seconds of incarceration.”
8§. ENFORCEMENT
- This Act shall be enforced by all relevant parties.
9§. SEVERABILITY
- Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, the rest of the act will remain in effect unless also struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
