Preamble: A bill to modernise trespassing and loitering.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
(a) This bill may be known as “Trespassing and Loitering Directives Re-imagined (TLDR) Act”.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVENESS
(a) This Act shall be effective immediately.
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down or declared unenforceable, then that part of the Act shall be considered severed from this Act, and the rest shall remain in full force.
SECTION 4. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Act, the “Criminal Code” or “CC”, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: this.
SECTION 5. TRESPASSING AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 3, Section 8 shall be amended to state:
"(a) Trespassing shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense in the State of Firestone.
(b) Trespassing shall be defined as the following:

(c1) Authorized personnel shall be defined as a member of a department that is not a trainee rank, or is suspended/on administrative leave.
(c2) Authorized departmental personnel shall be defined as an on-duty member of any State, County or Municipal Department.
(d1) Law enforcement and/or the Firestone National Guard shall have authorized lethal force if an individual(s) performs/attempts to perform any of the actions listed in subsections b1, b2, b3, b5 and b6 and their relevant subsections. Unauthorized law enforcement and/or unauthorized members of the Firestone National Guard shall not be exempted from restricted area laws.
(d2) If an individual escapes or attempts to escape from prison then law enforcement agencies shall have authorized lethal force against the inmate.
(d3) The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FAA licensed individual.
(e1) Trespassing on high-security government properties, including secure installations as described in subsections (b1), (b1a), (b2), (b2a), (b3), (b3a), (b4), (b4a), (b5), (b5a), (b6), and (b6a), shall be classified as a Class C Felony, and shall carry a sentence of 500 seconds within a correctional facility.
(e2) Trespassing on all other properties not listed within subsection e1 shall be classified as a Class A Misdemeanor, and shall carry a sentence of 300 seconds within a correctional facility."
SECTION 6. LOITERING AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 3, Section 9(b) shall be amended to state:
"(b) Loitering shall be defined as the following:
