AFFIDAVIT

Affiant: Sergeant AZ2OO76 (RPD)

The affiant has sworn under penalty of perjury to the following statement of facts:

  • I, Sergeant AZ2OO76 of the Redwood Police Department, was conducting a routine patrol when a 911 call came in for a stolen FSS Crown Royal vehicle. Having seen the vehicle parked moments before at the Carmine’s bar, I attached myself to the call and went back to Carmine’s. Upon arrival I noticed an FSS Crown Royal fleeing with a car alarm blaring. I activated my sirens and started a C9. I and another RPD unit started chasing the vehicle, eventually taking out two tires. The suspect then got out of his vehicle once we stopped him, got into another vehicle, and ran with them. We then chased the other vehicle into the new residential area, and the same suspect name still showing got out of his vehicle. drew his illegal firearm and fired at me and other officers while I ultimately killed the suspect. The user can be identified in both clips as andrewbadcriminal321 due to his name showing in both clips. To my knowledge the suspect has not been arrested for the crimes above.
