Affiant: Officer chckin (RPD)
The affiant has sworn under penalty of perjury to the following statement of facts:
- On 03/15/2026 at approx 2148 hrs I engaged in the pursuit of a sports vehicle within the jurisdiction of the City of Redwood. Aforementioned suspect failed to regard and halt for emergency vehicles indicating for it to stop; vehicle cont to flee and entered a residential neighborhood within Redwood. Susp fled veh on foot after entering garage and drew a firearm which was discharged at law enforcement officers. Suspect was shot and killed by law enforcement officers.
