Affiant: Sergeant TacLaw01 (SCSO)
The affiant has sworn under penalty of perjury to the following statement of facts:
- On January 29th, 2026, at approximately 1:40 AM EST, I, Sergeant TacLaw01 of the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, was responding to an ATM robbery in progress at Prominence Bank. The suspect was no longer present at the scene after I arrived. A review of the available video footage shows an individual named “GustyGarden” from the ATM machine. Myself and a fellow officer of the Prominence District Police who was nearby, was unable to locate or apprehend the suspect but I managed to put out a BOLO after identifying the suspect from the ATM.
Based on the information obtained and pursuant to the authority vested in me as a sworn peace officer, I am requesting the issuance of an arrest warrant for the suspect known as “GustyGarden,” who has not yet been apprehended by law enforcement.
