Affiant: Sergeant TacLaw01 (SCSO)
The affiant has sworn under penalty of perjury to the following statement of facts:
- On Monday, February 23rd, 2026, at approximately 12:04 AM EST, I, Sergeant TacLaw01 of the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, was responding to an ATM robbery in progress at Hillview Bank. The suspect was no longer present at the scene upon my arrival. A review of the available video footage shows an individual named “Zkg7MC” from the ATM machine. I managed to write out a BOLO after identifying the suspect from the ATM. Based on the information obtained and pursuant to the authority vested in me as a sworn peace officer, I am requesting the issuance of an arrest warrant for the suspect known as “Zkg7MC,” who has not yet been apprehended by law enforcement for the crime(s) of Bank Robbery.
The affiant has presented the following evidence:
