A Constitutional Amendment to Give Congress Subpoena Power

Preamble: Whereas the crooked, even Deepstate Supreme Court took away impeachment inquiry committees’ power to issue subpoenas, and whereas this power is fundamental to their ability to operate, this constitutional amendment reverses that decision.
Section 1. Enactment
This constitutional amendment shall enter into immediate effect following passage by the constitutionally required processes.
Section 2. Amendment
Article I, Section IV, Subsection IX of the Firestone Constitution shall be created and shall read, “IX. Congress shall have the power to issue subpoenas when necessary for the execution of its duties and proceedings. Further procedure and regulations on the power of subpoena shall be created by an Act of Congress. The power of subpoena may be delegated to lawfully established congressional committees.”
